Children wear their Capoeira trousers every class.
Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines fighting moves, dance, and music enhancing children creativity, fitness, discipline and confidence.
It’s a fun non-contact activity that strengthens the heart, develops stronger muscles and helps to improve cognitive skills.

For kids in MS and GS,
Our Little Jinga programme offers a ‘play and train’ setup, games for children to develop social skills and creativity, and training for discipline, motor skills and resilience. In combination, building physical, social and mental aspects of health like no other programme

Things to bring:
- a snack (snack containing peanuts/walnuts (all nuts) are not permitted)
