Welcome to our Family Class. Children 10+ years old and their parents and relatives.
Children at this age need a more structured class and increasingly complex movement challenges.
This is a high energy class to further develop social and mental health, muscle memory and overall fitness.
Class is also tailored for Adults from beginner level to advanced, in a truly community-like feeling where families train together and advanced students keep reaching new milestones.
