Capoeira is a Brazilian dance-martial art that combines fighting moves, dance, and music enhancing children creativity, fitness and confidence.
Little Jinga focuses on the foundation skills and capoeira basic movement to challenge children both physically and mentally.
Ingraining physical and mental health from very young age.
Our Little Jinga programme is tailored to further develop confidence and releasing energy through more fast-paced games, increasingly focused on Capoeira moves. Children explore their independence and self expression, and keep discovering their more coordinated body natural movement, enhancing their creativity and imagination through Capoeira, learning skills for life in a fun and safe environment.
